Objectives

To deliver advanced medical and wellness applications of Hyperbaric oxygen therapy while providing training through conferences and seminars to enhance awareness and adoption.
To encourage integration of Hyperbaric medicine within clinical practices among healthcare professionals and the wider public.
To establish monthly bulletins or society journals and initiatives that effectively share knowledge with the community.

Roles and Responsibilities

President

Leadership: Acts as the head and leader of the board and the organization.
Meetings: Presides over board meetings, ensuring smooth functioning and addressing issues.
Representation: Represents the organization in public, meetings with stakeholders, and collaborations.
Strategy and Vision: Guides the strategic direction and vision of the organization.

Directors

Governance: Provide strategic oversight and ensure the organization operates in compliance with applicable laws.
Strategy: Contribute to the development and assessment of long-term strategic initiatives.
Fiduciary Role: Act in the organization’s best interests, supporting prudent financial governance.
Committees: Serve on committees and actively contribute to organizational decision-making processes.
Performance Review: Evaluate organizational effectiveness and oversee management performance standards.

Associate Members

Limited Rights: Generally possess restricted voting privileges when compared with full members.
Participation: Contribute to designated activities, initiatives, or projects within the organization.
Advisory Role: Provide specialized knowledge and recommendations in specific areas without participating in wider governance responsibilities.
Involvement Level: Typically maintain greater engagement than non-members, while remaining less involved than full members.

Members

Participation: Attend scheduled meetings including yearly meetings in which members can voice their opinions and vote on important issues.
